According to the Canadian Government regulations, we ship in unmarked, odorless package.

Will I receive a Canada Post tracking number?

You will receive a tracking link within 24 hours of ordering. Any emails asking for a tracking number within the first 24 hours of ordering will be ignored. Thank you for your patience.

The day following your order you will receive a tracking number in your email from us, please check your spam folder before contacting us.

My tracking number doesn’t work on the Canada Post Website?

It may not be ready through Canada Post website for about 24 hours because they might not have updated their system., Trust us , the order is sent and keep on trying their site , it will work within about 24 hours

How long will it take to get my package?

Most Deliveries take 1 day causes we send xpresspost shipping. Some Deliveries takes 2 to 5 business days depending on your location in Canada. If you live in a rural area it will take longer than if you live in a city in Canada.

What happens if i don’t receive my order?

If your order is not received because of Canada Post lost it in transit and through Canada Post investigation they determined it’s their error. ( Only then and after then ) We will ship your order one time for free. Just contact us and we will give you the new details.

CANADA POST WILL NOT ADD SIGNATURES ON TO PARCELS DURING THIS TIME. THEREFORE IT IS UP TO THE MEMBER TO BE RESPONSIBLE FOR BEING THERE TO RECEIVE THE PARCEL !! IF YOU ARE NOT COMFORTABLE GETTING YOUR PARCEL LEFT AT YOUR RESIDENCE. PLEASE HAVE IT SHIPPED TO EITHER GENERAL DELIVERY (NEAREST POST OFFICE) FOR PICK OR AT FRIENDS OR FAMILIES PLACE WHO WILL BE HOME TO RECEIVE THE PARCEL !! WE ARE NOT LIABLE IN ANY MANNER AT THIS TIME. NO EXCEPTIONS. AS OF MARCH.27 THIS IS IN EFFECT!!

What happens if my parcel is lost

We are only responsible for a Maximum of $500 for lost packages. Any order over this amount the member must ask us to put on extra insurance for them at their cost. For example if you order $800 worth of product and it is lost in the mail we will only refund back either $500 or $500 worth of product unless you have the extra insurance on your parcel.

Please request signature if your worried about packages being stolen or lost. That responsibility is on the member to let us know if they want signature or not.

Where is my tracking number?

Please do not email asking for your tracking number if 24 hours haven’t passed since your payment was accepted. Rest assure we will send it as soon as possible. We do not run to the post office after every order. We do them all the end of each work day.

What happens if my parcel is lost due to wrong address?

If we made the error by sending it to a wrong address we will replace your parcel (conditions apply) If the address you provides was wrong then we will not replace your parcel free of charge.

Do you ship out on weekends and Holidays?

Canada Post is only open on business days which are Monday to Friday. If you order any time after Friday at 3:30pm, we wont be sending it out until Monday afternoon. You will not get the tracking number until we ship.

May i pay cash at the door for local delivery ?

Yes! You may pay by cash at the door for local deliveries. Please put C.O.D or Cash payment in the memo / special instruction box on your order so we can process you order faster. If not just email us to let us know. This option is only available for the members who already use the local door to door delivery service. We do not accept C.O.D for any mail out orders that are being delivered via Canada Post.

Why is it taking longer this time then last time to receive my parcel?

Due To Covid-19 health and safety comes first for all employees at Canada Post therefore there is a delay because they have to follow guidelines to protect their staff. We can not expect fast service over the safety of their employees.

Do you have any more information on where my package is ?

The only information we have access to is the same information you have on the tracking link. Any emails regarding this be ignored !

Can I modify my address or choose same day shipping ?

Yes you can modify and change anything prior to us shipping out your parcel. If your parcel has be mailed then its too late and it is in Canada Post hands
