My tracking number doesn’t work on the Canada Post Website?

It may not be ready through Canada Post website for about 24 hours because they might not have updated their system., Trust us , the order is sent and keep on trying their site , it will work within about 24 hours

How long will it take to get my package? We ship 1 day express post. Some Deliveries can takes 1 to 5 business days depending on your location in Canada. If you live in a rural area it will take longer than if you live in a city in Canada.

What happens if i don’t receive my order?

If your order is not received because of Canada Post lost it in transit and through Canada Post investigation they determined it’s their error. ( Only then and after then ) We will ship your order one time for free. Just contact us and we will give you the new details.

What if i have a discrepancy about the weight ?

Please weigh the bag and the contents before opening and take a picture to send to us. If the bag open prior to the complaint, there is no way we can resolve this problem.

What happens if my parcel is lost ?

We are only responsible for a Maximum of $500 for lost packages. Any order over this amount the member must ask us to put on extra insurance for them at their cost. For example if you order $800 worth of product and it is lost in the mail we will only refund back either $500 or $500 worth of product unless you have the extra insurance on your parcel. (All decision are up to our management)

Please request signature if your worried about packages being stolen or lost. That responsibility is on the member to let us know if they want signature or not.

Do you ship out on weekends and Holidays?

Canada Post is only open on business days which are Monday to Friday. If you order any time on Friday after 3:30pm we wont be sending it out until Monday afternoon. You will not get the tracking number until we ship and come back from the post office and send you an email in the evening.

What If its mailed to the wrong address?

We will mail it to the address you provide us. If the error is on our side we will re mail it free of charge. If the address is wrong on your part because you provided incomplete and wrong details. Members will have to pay for the reshipping cost.

If members request no signature. Loss packages do to thief will not be replaced.

Please ensure you provide a cellphone number at checkout, we can NOT deliver without a cellphone number.

DOOR DELIVERY SCHEDULE

11am – 4pm (orders must be in before 9am)

6pm – 11pm (orders must be in before 5:00 pm)

All orders must be paid before 3:30 PM for your order to mailed out that same day.

You will receive a tracking link within 24 hours of ordering. Any emails asking for a tracking number within the first 24 hours of ordering will be ignored. Thank you for your patience.

OPTION 1:
Same Day Delivery means : your parcel will be mailed out Canada Xpresspost and you will receive a tracking link with in 24 hrs. If we have same day delivery it will be at your door step that day. Members who choose this option we will hire a courier to serve you better.

OPTION 2:
Regular Free ground shipping : your parcel will be mailed out. You will not receive your product today. PLEASE DO NOT CHOOSE THIS OPTION AND ASK FOR IT TO BE DELIVERED TODAY. MEMBERS CAN NOT JUMP THE LINE ON MEMBERS WHO PAY EXTRA TO HAVE THIS SERVICE !! NO EXCEPTIONS

RETURN POLICY


We will accept returns of unopened products within 30 days of purchase. All returned product must be unused and returned with customer paying the shipping and handling cost.
We do except returns on products that do not meet the customers satisfaction. This policy is solely at the discretion of Green Kings. If your return is accepted your account will be marked and you are only allowed 1 return per 6 months. To prevent abuse. If more then 1 returns are on your account. Your account will be CLOSED.

SHATTER & EDIBLES

Due to high demand on shatter, we will always try our best to fulfill your order. Due to high demand and daily stock changing we CAN NOT always guaranteed your shatter will be in stock. Therefore we will substitute it with the closest strain. We CAN NOT offer guarantee on shatter and edibles due to weather and any unseen circumstances.

Examples : we mailed it and it’s sitting in your mailbox for longer period due to no one picking up the parcel.
